Student and Family Orientation
Student and Family Orientation gives you a taste of your new life as a Husky. This mandatory program for newly enrolled first-year, transfer, and veteran undergraduate students introduces you and your family to the university, as well as the campus resources and services that will support your transition into the Northeastern community. During orientation you will connect with your classmates and academic advising team, engage in student clubs and organizations, and access the resources you need to begin charting your Northeastern path with global, research, and experiential opportunities and programs.
Newly-enrolled students in Boston
In mid-April, newly enrolled undergraduate students on the Boston campus and families will receive Husky Happenings email communications from the Office of Student Orientation and Family Programs with critical information and next steps in the Husky 101 Boston Orientation process.
